COOP App

 I butikken er den heller ikke nem at anvende. Når man indscanner varer i betalingsautomaten opstår følgende.

• Du scanner alle varer ind
• På skærmen står: "Betal via Coop app"
• Du tænker: "Godt og nemt".
• Indscanner koden; men et betalingsmodul dukker ikke op.
• Så spørger du en medarbejder: hvordan gør man.
• Hun svarer: "Nu skal du scanne varer ind"
• Mig: "Det har jeg jo allerede gjort"
• Ekspedient: "Du skal scanne varerne ind der"
• Mig: "Det er da tåbeligt"
• Giver op.
• Går til betalingsterminalen igen og betaler med mit dankort.

Kort sagt: Appen er spild af tid, for nu at sige det lidt pænt.

Og det er synd for COOPs personale, når kunde efter kunde ikke kan finde ud af jeres app. Det er ikke kunden som er problemet. Det er en dåligt konstrueret app. Er produktet brugertestet?

Coop App - install is a nightmare

I could not log on from the app.

What an incompetent app. 

The setup took me around 45 minutes ... whith idotic blocs like "too many log in attempts" - hell yes I could not log in and tried again. From the app the set up was virtually impossible.

However, I could log on and change old settings on the website.

Then I could use the app ... which feels very cumbersome.

Now the only thing missing is: the phone must be approved. 

After yet another research I found out that the message probably ment: "since you are using mobile pay, you don't have to register the phone". 

Have they tested this process? Or whethter the letters make sense?

However, there are no instructions as to how to do that ...

This is insane. 

Now I will try out the app in the store ... I expect it to work like a breeze.

[SOLUTION] Turn off "Now Bar" on Samsung Glaxy

 After an update an unwanted notification distractor is placed on the log in screen. In my oppinion such a distractor is ok for those who want it. But it is unacceptable that you have to do this in order to turn it off.

• Open settings.
• Lock Screen and AOD
• Now bar: turn whatever off you don't want to see

Dear #Samsung: please stop this behavior!
