The MacBook Air will often freeze when I use an external screen along side with Outlook. On Microsoft's page I've seen that it's a socalled "known problem". They give this advice:
- Update your software
- Try to downgrade Office
- Update Office (!!)
- Use another screen resolution on the external screen
By now I try the last option.
When I teach there is a similar problem with (not so)-Clevershare. Perhaps the solution is the same: use a somewhat smaller screen resolution.
