For a screencast install gtk-recordmydesktop. On KDE the icon is found in the Video section of the programmes.
# sudo apt-get install gtk-recordmydesktop
For better sound quality use an external microphone.
You'd probably need a video editor. I use OpenShot.
# sudo apt-get install openshot
