At last I've found a solution to the annoying blocking of my localhost. Just add this in the browser:
chrome://flags/#allow-insecure-localhost
This will open the settings, where you can allow to open socalled "insecure" websites.
HTTPS://
Sometimes the browser will add a https to the URI. Just remove the s.
