[SOLVED] Beosound Level: Amber light on all of the time

The manual says that there is a "network connection error". I tried to restart, but the solution was a factory reset.

After the reset the microphone worked again. So I quickly ran a room compensation. To my surprise it worked fine.

I could not set up the thing on Google Home. But since I had microphone issues before the Google Assistant is useless anyway. Perhaps it's best to run Level by the B&O app - and then sometimes stream the sound via Bluetooth.

Anyway these days avoiding google is the way to go.

Used more than half an hour trying to reset my login after a data breach on their part. Well, I have to call them ... they waste my time. Why?

Change from Spotify to Tidal

The Spotify app stopped working for no reason. Somehow I could not see the albums of the artists. At first I thought it may be for a few weeks, but after a month or so I decided to change my streaming service to either Deezer or Tidal. After some research I opted for Tidal

So how's Tidal compared to Spotify?

The sound quality is superb on Tidal. I did not expect this difference. You can hear small nuances in the music, like the very soft sound of cymbals ringing out for a while. With B&O speakers and high quality music ... it's a very, very good experience.

Beosound 2 is just one speaker, but with Tidal the sound is projected around the room - in my subjective experience this is clearly superior to Spotify.

So far very good indeed.

PS: I noticed that the 360 sound is best if you're in a room with closed doors. If doors are open the projected sounds will not bounce as they should. Sound is a strange world.
